Jenni Laszlo, LPCC, LMHC, CPC
In person therapy in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Virtual therapy across New Mexico, Washington, and Nevada.
I started my career in social work in 2000 and deeply believe in the power of having a safe space to process, reflect, and make sense of life's challenges.
Over the years, I became fascinated by the ways our bodies and nervous systems hold onto stress, grief, trauma, and life experiences. That curiosity led me to incorporate somatic and nervous system-focused approaches alongside talk therapy, creating a more holistic approach, tailored to the person across from me.
As a therapist, mother, and fellow human being, I bring warmth, honesty, humor, and genuine care into the therapy room, with space for hard conversations, meaningful insight, and the occasional "wait a minute... how exactly was that YOUR fault?" moment.
Clients often appreciate that I don't simply nod along from across the room. I offer feedback, observations, and gentle challenges when it feels helpful.
My role isn't to fix you. It's to walk alongside you as someone who understands grief, growth, and healing, so you can create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
