Invest in you.
“Good therapy is not only about insight—it provides space to notice, name, and experience new ways of being so the nervous system can begin to predict safety, connection, and possibility.”
- Jenni Laszlo, LPCC, LMHC, CPC
You've carried this by yourself for long enough.
Maybe you've thought about reaching out before, but convinced yourself you should be able to handle it on your own. Maybe you've spent months or even years putting everyone else's needs first, waiting for things to calm down, or hoping you'll eventually feel better if you keep pushing through.
The problem is that life rarely slows down on its own. At some point, constantly surviving, managing, and carrying everything by yourself starts to take a toll.
Deep down, you know something needs to change because you can't keep doing it this way forever.
What’s possible when you finally make space for yourself.
When you invest in your mental and emotional wellbeing, you're not just spending an hour at therapy each week. You're creating space to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself again.
Many clients find they spend less energy surviving and more energy living.
They trust themselves more, feel more comfortable asking for support, enjoy their relationships more deeply, and feel more present for the life that's happening right now. The ripple effects reach far beyond the therapy room.
Why me?
You don't need another person telling you to journal more, think more positively, or try harder. Chances are, you've already spent years working incredibly hard to understand yourself.
I combine evidence based therapies, Attachment Focused EMDR, and mind body approaches because real healing often requires more than insight alone.
Insight and change are related, but they’re not the same. Awareness and naming are just the beginning. What is required next is deeper emotional and embodied learning, with enough corrective experiences, so that the nervous system begins to predict something different and true integration can occur.
I accept both self-pay clients and select insurance plans.
If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to your first appointment to better understand your coverage, deductible, and out-of-pocket costs.
Superbills available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
